Holiday Cosplay Tampa Bay 2023 announces 4 big-time anime voice actors who collectively portray 20 major and significant characters in popular anime shows. The huge second annual event, which is December 2-3 at the historic Coliseum in beautiful downtown St. Petersburg, is an opportunity for geeks and nerds to celebrate the winter holiday their way.
