These sessions, led by passionate enthusiasts, offer a unique platform for fans to share their insights, theories, and love for all things anime. Explore diverse perspectives and connect with fellow aficionados in these dynamic discussions that celebrate the collective spirit of our community. 

If accepted to participate, you will receive a link that will allow you to create a profile on the event website that includes adding photos and videos as well as sharing your background as part of our marketing of the event.

Application Deadline

December 1 or until all contestant slots are full.

Accepted panel host(s)/presenter(s) Receive

• 1 free weekend pass to enjoy the full event, and your name will be at the front info desk (skip the ticket window line). 
• 1 dessert ticket, you’ll receive when checking in. You’re sweet for being part of the show, so we’re sweet with you!
• A BOGO code to share with family and friends, which you receive upon acceptance.
• Pre-event panel marketing that includes providing you with the following to promote your participation (1) a Con Map Profile located on the event website that allows you to add photos, videos, social media and more, (2) social media template graphic and reel for you to personalize- please tag us on Instagram and Facebook, (3) inclusion of your panel bio image in competition promotion. 

Rules and Guidelines

• Panels must be relevant to anime, manga, gaming or other similar themed media.
• Panels are 45 minutes, and should start/stop on time.
• A mic with sound is provided. 
• A projector is provided (please bring USB)
